These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Supidoo's website, mobile application, ordering platform, delivery services, customer support, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using Supidoo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Supidoo. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms shown to you during ordering, payment, delivery, promotional, or support flows.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders or make payments on Supidoo.
  • If you use Supidoo on behalf of another person or business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Supidoo is lawful and complies with applicable laws.

3. Account Registration & OTP Authentication

You may need to create an account using your mobile number, email address, name, delivery address, and other required details. Supidoo may verify your identity using one-time passwords (OTP), device checks, or other authentication methods.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete account and delivery information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your device, OTPs, account access, and login information secure.
  • You must not share OTPs with anyone, including people claiming to represent Supidoo.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by Supidoo's negligence or a proven security incident attributable to Supidoo.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

Supidoo lists groceries, fresh produce, packaged goods, household essentials, and other eligible products. Product images, descriptions, quantities, weights, availability, and prices are provided for convenience and may change.

  • Prices may vary by city, store, inventory, time, taxes, delivery fees, handling fees, platform fees, and promotions.
  • Some products may be unavailable, delayed, damaged, expired, restricted, or unsuitable for delivery at the time of fulfilment.
  • For fresh produce or weighted items, the final quantity, weight, appearance, and price may vary slightly from the app estimate.
  • Where permitted, Supidoo may offer substitutions for unavailable products. You may accept, reject, or configure substitution preferences where the feature is available.
  • We may correct pricing, product, inventory, or typographical errors and may cancel affected orders if required.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted only when Supidoo confirms it and begins processing or dispatch.

  • We may reject, modify, or cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment failure, address issues, suspected fraud, operational constraints, or legal restrictions.
  • Order confirmation, invoice generation, payment authorization, or app notification does not guarantee fulfilment of every item.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your cart, address, phone number, delivery instructions, fees, taxes, and total amount before placing an order.

6. Payments & Refunds

Supidoo may support UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, cash on delivery, or other payment methods depending on availability. Payment transactions are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

  • You agree to pay the product price, delivery fee, handling fee, platform fee, taxes, and other charges shown at checkout.
  • Payment authorization may be required before an order is processed.
  • Refund eligibility, refund method, and refund timelines are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable payment provider rules.
  • Bank, wallet, UPI, or card processing delays may affect when refunded amounts appear in your account.

7. Delivery Terms

Delivery availability, estimated delivery time, delivery fees, and serviceability depend on your location, store operations, delivery partner availability, weather, traffic, order volume, and other practical conditions.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
  • You must be reachable at the registered phone number and available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • Orders may require OTP, phone confirmation, photo proof, signature, or other verification at delivery.
  • If you are unavailable, unreachable, or provide an incorrect address, the order may be delayed, cancelled, returned, or marked as delivered according to the circumstances.
  • Supidoo is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, traffic, strikes, public restrictions, outages, or emergencies.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel eligible orders before they are packed, processed, or dispatched, depending on the order status shown in the app. Once an order is packed, dispatched, or out for delivery, cancellation may not be available. Supidoo may cancel orders due to unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, safety concerns, or operational issues. Eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Promotions, Coupons & Referral Programs

  • Offers, coupons, credits, cashbacks, subscriptions, and referral rewards are subject to their specific terms, eligibility, validity, location, minimum order value, product restrictions, and usage limits.
  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
  • Supidoo may modify, suspend, revoke, or cancel promotions if there is misuse, technical error, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  • Referral rewards may be withheld or reversed for self-referral, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, bulk abuse, or other manipulative activity.

10. User Responsibilities

  • Use Supidoo only for lawful and personal purposes.
  • Provide accurate account, payment, and delivery details.
  • Check products at delivery where reasonably possible.
  • Report missing, damaged, spoiled, expired, or wrong items within the time limits stated in our policies or app.
  • Treat delivery partners, support staff, sellers, and other users respectfully and safely.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use Supidoo for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts.
  • Misuse OTPs, coupons, referrals, refunds, or promotions.
  • Interfere with the app, website, payment systems, security features, delivery operations, or other users.
  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or disrupt Supidoo systems.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm delivery partners, support staff, sellers, or users.
  • Order restricted, prohibited, or regulated products in violation of applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

Supidoo owns or licenses the Supidoo name, logo, website, app, software, designs, text, graphics, images, product content, data, and other materials on the Services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Supidoo content or technology without prior written permission.

13. Third-Party Services

Supidoo may integrate or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, analytics tools, communication providers, cloud services, stores, sellers, and delivery partners. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Supidoo is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, or policies except where required by law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Supidoo provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every location. Product quality, packaging, labelling, ingredients, expiry, warranties, and manufacturer claims may be provided by sellers, brands, or manufacturers, subject to applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supidoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Supidoo's total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that order, except where a higher liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Supidoo harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, violation of law, inaccurate information, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.

17. Termination of Accounts

Supidoo may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, misused promotions, abused refunds, created risk for Supidoo or others, engaged in fraud, or used the Services unlawfully. You may stop using Supidoo at any time and may request account deletion according to our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting the updated Terms on our website or app and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Supidoo after changes means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
