At Supidoo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and hassle-free.

Eligible for Refund

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Order not delivered
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Damaged or spoiled products
  • Missing items from your order
  • Quality issues with the products

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Open the Supidoo app
  2. Go to your order history
  3. Select the order with the issue
  4. Tap "Report an Issue"
  5. Select the reason and provide details
  6. Submit your request

Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Supidoo Wallet: Instant credit
  • UPI/Wallets: 1-2 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Products with broken seals (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel an order before it's dispatched, you'll receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after dispatch may not be eligible for a refund.
