This Privacy Policy explains how Supidoo ("Supidoo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you use the Supidoo website, mobile application, delivery services, customer support, and related services.

We collect information that helps us create your account, accept orders, arrange delivery, process payments, provide support, and keep Supidoo secure.

  • Account details: name, mobile number, email address, login details, saved preferences, and account settings. We use your mobile number to verify your identity using one-time passwords (OTP), secure your account, and communicate regarding your orders.
  • Delivery details: saved addresses, delivery instructions, pin codes, city, and approximate or precise location when you allow location access.
  • Order information: cart items, order history, substitutions, cancellations, refunds, invoices, delivery status, ratings, and feedback.
  • Payment information: payment method type, transaction status, payment reference IDs, refunds, wallet or UPI metadata, and billing details. Payment transactions are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Supidoo does not store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords, or banking credentials.
  • Support information: messages, call or chat records, issue details, uploaded photos or documents you choose to share, and support resolution history.
  • Device and app information: device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, device identifiers, crash logs, diagnostic data, and usage events.
  • Marketing preferences: notification settings, offer interactions, referral information, and communication opt-in or opt-out choices.

2. Permissions Used by the App

Depending on the features you use, the Supidoo app may request permission to access:

  • Location: to check service availability, suggest delivery addresses, assign nearby stores or delivery partners, and improve delivery accuracy.
  • Camera or photos: only when you choose to upload an image for support, product issues, profile, or verification flows.
  • Notifications: to send order updates, delivery alerts, refund updates, support responses, and optional promotional messages.

You can control app permissions from your device settings. Disabling some permissions may limit certain features.

  • Create, manage, and secure your Supidoo account.

  • Pick, pack, dispatch, deliver, and track your orders.
  • Communicate order updates, delivery changes, support replies, policy updates, and service messages.

  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, payment risk, and safety issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to provide Supidoo, operate our business, or comply with law.

  • Stores, sellers, and fulfilment teams: to prepare and fulfil your order.
  • Delivery partners: to pick up, deliver, and contact you about your order.

  • App activity, including searches, cart activity, orders, product interactions, support activity, and in-app events.
  • App information and performance data, including crash logs, diagnostics, and app performance events.
  • Device or other identifiers used for security, analytics, fraud prevention, notifications, and service reliability.

Some data is shared with service providers and partners to operate the app, process payments, fulfil delivery, prevent fraud, send notifications, provide support, and improve service quality.

We may use cookies on our website and similar technologies, such as SDKs, local storage, pixels, and device identifiers, within our mobile application to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand feature usage, diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, and improve Supidoo.   • You can request account deletion by contacting app.supidoo@gmail.com. Users may also request account deletion from within the Supidoo mobile application when this feature is available. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or safety reasons.

Supidoo is intended for users who can legally place orders and make purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Supidoo, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
